This piece is available in three options: bronze, .999 silver, and gold-plated. .999

Silver: This variant does not have a rhodium finish or any type of coating; it is pure, solid metal in its natural state. .999 silver is an elemental metal that may darken, develop a patina, or react to the environment differently than silver-plated or sterling silver pieces. Factors such as skin pH, humidity, lotions, soaps, and airborne compounds influence the metal's reaction. This is a natural characteristic, not a defect. Darkening can be easily removed at home using a polishing cloth, a baking soda paste, or a silver cleaning cream.

Bronze: Bronze is a copper-based alloy that develops a natural patina over time. It may darken with wear. Periodic polishing will restore the metal to its original warm tone.

Gold-plated: The piece is made of bronze and then plated with palladium to prevent the bronze from migrating into the gold layer, which could cause color variations or deterioration. Finally, it is plated with 24k gold. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, lotions, etc.
